Ladders is seeking a Senior Strategic Program Manager to join a leader in the Transportation space, focusing on major customer implementations, contract performance, growth strategy, and financial outcomes.

The role partners with Sales and internal stakeholders to shape bid strategy, improve operational efficiency, and support forecasting and annual planning in a highly cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in sales, distribution, or inventory management.
• 2-5 years of related experience or training.
• Strong negotiation skills for customer contract renewals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Experience using AI tools like Copilot to enhance productivity.
• Ability to travel between customer sites as needed.
• Strong customer service orientation and alignment with organizational values.

Responsabilités

• Manage implementations and transitions for major contract customers.
• Direct contract management with a focus on growth strategies and P&L.
• Maintain and improve the efficiency of contracts and key processes.
• Collaborate with Sales to develop bid strategies for contracts.
• Contribute to annual operating processes and provide business forecasts.
• Identify and implement process improvements for contracts.
• Lead and mentor the team, including effective performance evaluations.
