Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, management, business or related field and 7–10 years HR experience.
• Experience as a business partner or HR manager preferred.
• HR certifications such as PHR, SPHR, GPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic consultation and execution for People Operations across HTI business units.
• Lead governance of policies, practices and culture to improve decisions and continuous improvement.
• Develop and execute roadmaps aligned with business strategy and People Operations plans.
• Regularly collect and present metric-based insights on workforce trends and engagement.
• Advise managers on staffing, performance management, talent management and employee relations.
