Responsabilidades

• Strategic Partnership: Consult with line managers and executives to understand business goals and co-develop workforce plans, talent strategies, and organizational structures.
• Performance Management: Guide managers through goal setting, regular reviews, PIPs, and constructive feedback cycles.
• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct workplace investigations, and foster an inclusive culture.
• Talent & Succession Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, drive talent reviews, and build succession pipelines.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent during restructures, process shifts, or rapid growth phases.
• HR Analytics & Insights: Track turnover, retention, engagement, and other metrics to present data-driven recommendations.
• Policy & Compliance Guidance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and risk-mitigation standards.

The HR Business Partner works closely with senior leaders and line managers to drive people strategies for assigned business units. Rather than focusing strictly on daily administrative tasks, this role translates business objectives into effective talent, organizational design, and employee engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnership: Consult with line managers and executives to understand business goals and co-develop workforce plans, talent strategies, and organizational structures.
• Performance Management: Guide managers through goal setting, regular reviews, performance improvement plans (PIPs), and constructive feedback cycles.
• Employee Relations: Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, conduct thorough workplace investigations, and foster a healthy, inclusive culture.
• Talent & Succession Planning: Partner with Talent Acquisition to identify hiring needs, drive talent reviews, and build robust succession pipelines.
• Change Management: Act as a change agent during organizational restructures, process shifts, or rapid growth phases.
• HR Analytics & Insights: Track and analyze key HR metrics (e.g., turnover, retention rates, engagement scores) to present data-driven recommendations to leadership.
• Policy & Compliance Guidance: Ensure compliance with local labor laws, company policies, and risk-mitigation standards.
