Job summary

Google seeks a Strategic Partner Development Manager Senior Associate to open doors with potential partners, lead exploratory discussions, and develop business opportunities. You will guide cross-functional teams and mentor managers while presenting strategies to senior management.

You will work with Product, Engineering, Legal, and Sales on new product initiatives and strategic relationships supporting Google’s online advertising business.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking, or 2 years with an advanced degree.
• Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across multiple levels of management.
• Experience managing agreements or partnerships.
• Preferred: degree in CS/EE or related field.
• 3 years in business development, OEM licensing, or partnership management with complex, multi-year integration agreements.
• Direct experience managing partnerships in consumer electronics, semiconductor, or IoT sectors with cross-device connectivity.
• Ability to develop ecosystem strategies, market sizing, and competitive analysis for growth opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and initiate high-impact partnerships with global organizations for cross-device connectivity.
• Lead end-to-end agreement lifecycle including commercial and technical terms.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Legal to ensure partner implementations meet performance standards.
• Manage a portfolio of accounts and scale adoption of multi-device experiences.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends shaping the ecosystem.
