Job summary

Google is seeking an Executive Engagement Lead within Global Partnerships to drive cross-functional strategies and well-coordinated executive interactions with Google’s senior leadership and strategic partners.

You will own the alignment, planning, delivery, and analysis of key tent-pole C-level events and partner engagements, partnering with Marketing and executive offices to ensure consistency with Google’s priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 6 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy or corporate advisory role.

Responsibilities

• Shape the strategy, planning, and delivery of complex C-level tentpole events with Marketing, GAPP, and Exec Office.
• Build strong cross-Alphabet and executive office relationships to prioritize engagements with top partner C-levels.
• Craft high-quality executive briefings and lead cross-functional workstreams to scale preparation efforts.
• Lead cross-functional program coordination for critical initiatives, including proactive C-level outreach and aligned stakeholder communications.
• Scale measurement frameworks to continuously optimize future executive engagements.
