Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Strategic Materials Procurement remote-friendly on the West Coast. You will transform market, pricing, and operational data into actionable insights to guide supplier negotiations and material strategies.

You will own analyses, develop tools and reporting, and collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Finance, and other teams to surface risks and opportunities, driving value across Deckers Brands.

Qualifications

• Experience translating large datasets into models, insights and recommendations.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; familiarity with BI tools and SQL/Python a plus.
• Cross-functional collaboration across teams and time zones.

Responsibilities

• Build analytical backbone for materials procurement and supplier decisions.
• Develop category analyses, pricing models, spend analyses, and benchmarks.
• Own market intelligence reporting and forecasting across multiple signals.
• Create plan-versus-actual views for forecasts, purchases and inventory.
• Lead special projects and present decision-ready recommendations.
