Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Business Operations Analyst to support the North America distribution network. You will manage procurement processes, perform month-end close activities, and analyze cost and inventory performance to ensure accurate financial results.

You will generate procurement and financial reports, conduct variance analyses, and assist budgeting/forecasting while collaborating with Finance, Procurement, and Operations teams to drive cost savings and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting, Business, Supply Chain, Operations or equivalent management accounting experience preferred.
• 3–5 years of related experience in Distribution Center and supplier/vendor management preferred.
• Experience using Excel and analytical platforms to analyze data with pivots and Vlookup.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the purchase order process to ensure compliance with procurement policies and controls.
• Audit and process vendor invoices, credits, receipts, accruals and other procurement transactions.
