Job summary

Deckers Brands is seeking a Sr. Analyst, Strategic Materials Procurement to transform market and supplier data into actionable insights that shape sourcing strategy.

You will own models, forecasts, and dashboards, driving value capture and risk management across critical materials. You will collaborate with Product Development, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Materials Development, Planning, Costing, Finance, Legal, and strategic suppliers to translate assumptions into supplier direction and

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in materials sourcing, procurement, analytics, or related.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions and time zones, especially with Asia.

Responsibilities

• Build the analytical backbone for strategic materials procurement and translate data into insights.
• Develop and maintain category analyses, pricing models, spend analyses, and market benchmarks.
• Own recurring market intelligence reporting and forecasting with scenario ranges.
• Create plan-versus-actual views across forecasts, allocations, POs, and inventory.
• Lead special projects, surface risks and opportunities, and prepare decision-ready recommendations.
• Prepare executive-ready models, dashboards, and summaries in clear business language.
