Job summary

Deckers Outdoor Corporation invites a Sr. Supply Chain Analyst to optimize distribution strategies and analyze supply chain data. You will distill complex datasets into clear insights and build dashboards to enable the team to act decisively.

Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs and ensure data quality across sources and reports. The role requires a BS or Master’s in a technical field and 3 years’ experience in data analytics and supply chain analytics, with strong SQL and data

Qualifications

• 3 yrs data visualization software experience.
• 3 yrs SQL in a business environment.
• 3 yrs with Warehouse management systems databases.
• 3 yrs Excel modelling with date/time, pivots, XLOOKUP.
• 2 yrs creating reports and dashboards for data analysis.
• 2 yrs driving data-driven optimizations and process changes.
• 1 yr PM skills incl. trackers and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Create distribution strategies via optimization analyses of supply, demand and constraints.
• Distill data and present insights to a diverse audience.
• Create dashboards and reports to empower the team.
• Define KPIs with leadership and operations teams.
• Spearhead creation of quality, maintainable data sources.
• Ensure and monitor data accuracy across analyses and reports.
• Proactively recommend actions and follow up on items.
