Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in materials sourcing, procurement, analytics, or related.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint; knowledge of Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python is a plus.
• Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating across functions and time zones, especially with Asia.

You’ll transform market, pricing, consumption, supplier, and operational data into actionable insights that drive how we manage our most critical materials and supplier partnerships. This is a builder’s role—creating structure, owning complex analyses and cross-functional projects, and developing tools and reporting that make risks, opportunities, and commercial performance visible. You’ll collaborate with teams across Product Development, Sourcing, Vendor Management, Materials Development, Planning, Costing, Finance, Legal, and strategic suppliers, making a meaningful impact in a culture defined by transparency, humility, and curiosity **Your Impact*** Build the analytical backbone for strategic materials procurement, translating demand, pricing, and commercial data into insights that guide negotiations and value capture.* Develop and maintain category analyses, pricing models, spend analyses, and market benchmarks to support supplier decisions and contract negotiations.* Own recurring market intelligence reporting, integrating supply, demand, commodity, production, and macroeconomic signals into clear, actionable views.* Create seasonal and multi-year material forecasts, documenting assumptions and scenario ranges, and translating product mix changes into supplier implications.* Develop materials inputs for strategic planning, partnering with cross-functional teams to compile forecasts, supplier capability, and strategic direction.* Build plan-versus-actual views across forecasts, allocations, purchase orders, receipts, inventory, consumption, and contracts, identifying gaps and supporting corrective action.* Coordinate material-usage and yield studies, reconciling data across PLM, factory production, supplier receipts, and historical results.* Own recurring tools and reporting products, improving quality, accessibility, and decision speed while maintaining controls over high-risk analysis.* Lead special projects and business reviews, turning analysis into action, surfacing risks and opportunities, and preparing decision-ready recommendations.* Prepare executive-ready models, presentations, dashboards, and summaries, translating complex findings into clear business language and actionable scenarios. **Who You Are*** BA/BS in supply chain, business, finance, economics, engineering, data analytics, or related field (or equivalent experience); advanced degree a plus.* 5+ years in materials sourcing, procurement, supply chain analytics, manufacturing, product development, planning, or consulting.* Demonstrated experience managing large datasets and translating them into clear models, insights, and recommendations.* Advanced Excel and strong PowerPoint skills; experience with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or AI-assisted tools is a plus.* Strong analytical, project management, and communication skills; able to simplify complex topics and explain the story behind the numbers.* Experience working across functions, cultures, and time zones, especially with teams or suppliers in Asia.* Comfortable navigating ambiguity, creating structure, and owning work from question through recommendation and follow-through.* Positive energy, humility, and a partnership mindset. **What We'll Give You –*** **Competitive Pay and Bonuses -** We’ve created a variety of competitive compensation programs to foster career development, reward success and to show our employees just how much they’re valued.* **Financial Planning and wellbeing -** No matter what financial goals our employees have set, we want to help them get there.
