Learfield is seeking a Senior Associate, Corporate Strategy in Dallas, TX. You will work with the Chief Strategy Officer and division presidents on enterprise growth opportunities, operating division strategy, market and competitive analysis, and partnerships, investments, and M&A assessments.

The role sits in a high-performing Corporate Strategy group that collaborates across functions and reports to the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy at Learfield headquarters in Dallas, TX.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or related strategy/finance role.
• Strong strategic analysis and corporate finance foundation; ability to evaluate businesses and markets.
• Proven problem-solving skills and ability to influence stakeholders across functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; ability to present to senior leaders.
• Self-starter with collaborative mindset and high attention to detail.

Aufgaben

• Lead and support strategic growth initiatives from opportunity identification to recommendation and execution planning.
• Develop rigorous, data-driven analyses including market sizing, competitive assessments, financial modeling, and business cases.
• Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including partnerships, investments, and M&A; support due diligence.
• Partner with leaders across operating divisions to align stakeholders, structure workstreams, and drive cross-functional execution.
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations for senior executives and the Board.
• Translate complex business challenges into actionable insights and practical solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities with ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
