Learfield is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Strategy to partner with senior leadership in shaping growth, evaluating opportunities, and directing cross-functional initiatives from idea to execution.

The role provides exposure to the media/sports ecosystem, including partnerships, investments, and strategic projects across divisions, reporting to the Senior Director, Corporate Strategy in Dallas, TX.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
• 4+ years in strategy, finance, or related analytical roles.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and support strategic growth initiatives from opportunity identification and problem definition through recommendation and execution planning.
• Develop rigorous, data-driven analyses, including market sizing, competitive assessments, financial modeling, business cases, and strategic evaluations.
• Assess organic and inorganic growth opportunities, including strategic partnerships, investments, and mergers & acquisitions, while supporting due diligence efforts.
• Partner with leaders across Learfield's operating divisions and corporate functions to align stakeholders, structure workstreams, and drive execution on complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Prepare clear, compelling presentations and strategic recommendations for senior executives and the Board of Directors.
• Translate complex business challenges and analyses into actionable insights and practical solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining a high degree of ownership, accountability, and attention to detail.
