Learfield in Dallas, TX is seeking a Senior Associate in Corporate Strategy to partner with the Chief Strategy Officer and operating division presidents on growth initiatives, market analysis, and potential partnerships, investments, and M&A opportunities.

The role emphasizes rigorous analyses, modeling, and decision support across multimedia rights, ticketing, licensing, consumer platforms, and digital initiatives, in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or other advanced degree preferred.
• 4+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate development, private equity, or a related strategy/finance/analytical role.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to navigate ambiguity and develop structured, actionable recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across functions and levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support strategic growth initiatives from opportunity identification to recommendation and execution planning.
• Develop rigorous, data-driven analyses including market sizing, competitive assessments, financial modeling, business cases, and strategic evaluations.
• Partner with leaders across operating divisions and corporate functions to align stakeholders and drive cross-functional execution.
