Learfield IMG College is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst in Dallas, TX, to drive financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis within Corporate Finance. This role partners with division leaders and Accounting to translate results into actionable insights and strategic decisions.

Located at our Dallas headquarters with a hybrid schedule, this position emphasizes rigorous analysis, process improvements, and executive-ready communication across corporate functions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; CPA or master’s is a plus.
• 4+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, audit, or related analytical role.
• Strong accounting fundamentals and judgment; ability to evaluate coding, accruals, prepaids, fixed assets.
• Advanced Excel with complex workbooks, SUMIFS, XLOOKUP/INDEX/MATCH, PivotTables.
• Ability to explain financial results clearly to management and partners.

Responsibilities

• Own detailed financial planning, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis with clear commentary.
• Partner with division leaders to understand results, risks, and opportunities.
• Develop healthcare financial management knowledge including analysis of invoices and accruals.
• Review invoices and expenses for proper accounting and coding.
• Support month-end/year-end close Activities with GL review and accruals.
• Maintain financial models, templates, and large data sets in Excel and Adaptive.
• Prepare executive-ready reporting and commentary highlighting material implications.
• Conduct ad hoc analysis and special projects on business decisions.
• Contribute to FP&A process improvements and ERP roadmap.
• Use approved technology and AI tools to improve productivity while maintaining controls.
