Formación

• 7+ years operating in a Financial Planning Manager role
• Strong ownership mindset and ability to navigate ambiguity
• Clear documentation and meticulous attention to detail
• Comfort with GAAP and payroll processing knowledge will help

Responsabilidades

• Build the finance P&L bridge and explain every dollar of swing
• Model the runway to track funding dates
• Support system migrations and automate finance workflows in Pueblo
• Track grant funding, restricted accounts and compliance reporting
• Maintain the chart of accounts and ensure consistent coding
• Forecast tax payments to avoid underpayment penalties
