S&P Global Energy is seeking a senior FP&A leader to shape financial strategy, performance management, and decision support for the Energy division. You will translate business strategy into robust financial plans, challenge assumptions, and provide forward-looking insights for growth and profitability.

The role leads a global FP&A team, partnering with Energy CFO and executive leadership to drive planning, performance analytics, and strategic finance initiatives with a focus on end-to-end

Qualificações

• 15+ years of progressive finance experience with leadership responsibility in FP&A and business partnership.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Admin or related field; MBA/CPA/CFA or equivalent preferred.
• Experience partnering with C‑suite and translating strategy into financial plans and narratives.

Responsabilidades

• Own end‑to‑end FP&A agenda including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, and reporting.
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable financial plans and resource allocation.
• Lead financial risk and opportunity assessment and drive accountability for actions.
• Drive M&A activities and transformation through AI-enabled processes.
• Provide decision-ready financial insights for executive forums and leadership reviews.
