Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or related discipline.
• 2–5+ years in deal/transaction advisory, M&A, or investment banking.
• Expert level Excel with strong financial modeling capabilities.
• Skilled in creating executive-level presentations and communicating complex financial concepts clearly.
• Experience with financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis.
• Ability to interpret large data sets and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Exposure to ERP, planning, or financial reporting systems, as well as experience using AI to drive automation and efficient reporting.
• Strong business partnering, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organized, self-motivated professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience supporting strategic projects, acquisitions, integrations, or capital planning initiatives is a plus.
• Track record of job stability and career progression required for consideration.
