Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 3+ years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or similar.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and executive-level presentations.
• Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain recurring financial reports and dashboards that provide visibility into operational and financial performance.
• Analyze business results and investigate variances against forecasts, budgets, and prior periods, communicating findings to key stakeholders.
• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end reporting processes through preparation of financial analyses and performance summaries.
• Evaluate revenue, expense, customer, and market trends to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand operational drivers and their impact on financial outcomes.
• Create financial models and business cases to assess profitability, investment opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
• Utilize reporting and analytics tools to extract, validate, and interpret large data sets.
• Conduct contract, pricing, and profitability reviews to support business decision-making.
• Provide ad hoc analysis, presentations, and reporting for leadership as business needs arise.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in financial analysis, FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or a similar function.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including financial modeling and executive-level presentations.
• Exceptional analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
• Familiarity with tools such as SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or Hyperion is a plus.
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
