Job summary

TheKey is seeking a Manager of FP&A in the United States to lead end-to-end financial planning, forecasting, and model governance. You will monitor performance, partner with business units, and drive AI-enabled automation to improve forecast accuracy and reporting depth.

You will mentor analysts, enhance reporting workflows, and work with cross-functional teams to translate variances into actionable opportunities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in finance, accounting, economics or related field.
• Six to nine years FP&A experience, owning full planning process and managing analysts.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an EPM platform.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end financial planning and forecasting cycles; ensure model governance.
• Monitor performance vs plans; explain variances with business context.
• Improve reporting templates, dashboards, and processes; champion AI-enabled automation.
