Job summary

FinQuery is seeking a Finance Manager to lead FP&A activities in Atlanta, partnering with Sales, Legal, Product, Revenue, and Finance leaders to drive accurate reporting, forecasting, and strategic insights. You’ll own monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet), build financial models and dashboards (Tableau), and advise on pricing and strategic initiatives.

The role requires advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SQL, and SaaS metrics knowledge; CPA/CFA/MBA is

Qualifications

Advanced Excel skills including pivot tables, macros, and complex data work.
Strong PowerPoint skills for executive-ready presentations.
Experience building financial models and dashboards using Tableau.
Familiarity with Workday Financials and CRM systems like HubSpot.
Comfort with SQL or similar tools to pull and analyze data from multiple sources.
Genuine interest in using AI tools to improve financial workflows.
Fluency in SaaS metrics like ARR, NRR, GRR, CAC payback and Rule of 40.
Understanding of how multi-currency and FX movement affects reporting.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA, CFA, or MBA a plus.
3+ years in FP&A or related analytical role; SaaS or investment banking background a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the design and maintenance of financial models, templates, and dashboards.
Analyze SaaS and business metrics and translate into actionable recommendations.
Own monthly, quarterly, and annual budgeting and forecasting processes.
Perform variance and trend analyses and advise stakeholders accordingly.
Advise partners on financial insights to improve performance and efficiency.
Lead deep-dive customer analysis including bookings, retention, and churn.
Collaborate on sales compensation design and board reporting.
Contribute financial models to board and investor reporting.
Monitor progress against strategic growth initiatives with leaders.
Coordinate with systems teams to ensure accurate financial data flow.
Evaluate pricing strategy using rigorous financial analysis.
Introduce AI-enabled tools into recurring reporting and forecasting.
