• Willingness to travel 20-30% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Identify, analyze and resolve complex employee relations issues.
• Advise market leadership on critical HR decisions including harassment and terminations.
• Evaluate and review employee decisions; conduct investigations for misconduct and policy violations.
• Conduct workplace violence assessments and implement response plans.
• Develop and implement company-wide employee relations programs and policies.
• Conduct investigations of varying complexity.
• Train HR and line management on employee relations topics.
• Use ER metrics to identify trends and develop proactive strategies.
