You will also advise on compensation, manage data-driven People programs, collaborate across teams, and drive training through Apple University, ensuring a high-performance, inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of proven performance as a strategic HR Business Partner.
• Experience partnering with business leaders to align on the People strategy.
• Foundational understanding of HR analytics and experience with HR systems/tools is essential.
• Strong communication and influencing skills; highly collaborative style.
• Ability to coach, mentor and advise managers and employees for growth.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a full spectrum of strategic and tactical HR support and programs.
• Partner with leaders to align People strategy and workforce planning.
• Design and execute talent planning, leadership development, and succession efforts.
• Advise on local and global compensation initiatives and market data.
• Engage in cross-functional projects and training with Apple University.
• Track staffing, retention, attrition, and other People metrics and report insights.
