DuploCloud is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager, Strategic Technical Accounts, to own and grow a portfolio of strategic customers in a remote-capable role. You will orchestrate cross-functional efforts with engineers, product, sales and executives to ensure deployment, adoption and measurable value realization.
Ideal candidates have 7+ years in customer-facing roles, strong program management, and deep cloud infrastructure knowledge (AWS/GCP).
Formación
- 7+ years in Customer Success or related role.
- Experience with technology companies and engineering-led organizations.
- Leading complex programs with multiple teams and dependencies.
- Strong program and project management skills.
- Proactive problem solving and ownership.
- Ability to influence executives and technical leaders.
- Technical fluency with cloud infrastructure; AWS/GCP preferred.
