Job summary

CRS Insurance Brokerage is seeking an experienced account professional to independently manage a book of complex commercial insurance accounts. You will serve as a strategic advisor, oversee service delivery, mentor the service team, and support agency growth and retention goals.

The role requires a Property & Casualty license, ACSR with progress toward AAI, and a deep understanding of commercial lines. You will lead client inquiries, manage policy administration, and collaborate with internal

Qualifications

• Possess and maintain Property & Casualty license.
• Possess ACSR or comparable designation and be working to obtain AAI or comparable designation.
• Strong working knowledge of commercial lines coverages.
• Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong sense of urgency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as lead for client inquiries involving policy structure, coverage options, billing questions, and daily service.
• Issue and verify binders, certificates, endorsements, and policies.
• Monitor policy expirations and renewal logbook to prevent coverage lapses.
• Oversee task distribution across the service team; provide mentorship and direction to Account Managers and support staff.
• Assist with premium collection and invoicing as needed.
• Identify inefficiencies in servicing workflows and recommend process improvements.
