Job summary

Insurance Office of America is seeking a Senior Account Associate for Commercial Lines to provide administrative and client support to the account team, working under supervision of the Account Manager or Producer. You will help manage renewals, endorsements, and policy administration while ensuring data accuracy in agency systems.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of insurance client service, knowledge of brokerage needs, and preferred CISR licensing.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of customer service experience in the insurance industry.
• Thorough knowledge of insurance brokerage and client needs.
• Active licensing, professional designation (CISR) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day activities and workflow for Team Support/Receptionist, Account Assistant, and/or Account Associate.
• Track policy expirations for existing clients and ensure renewals are processed accurately and on time.
• Handle policy endorsements, audits, cancellations, reinstatements, and related documents and invoices.
• Support new and renewal business: client research, underwriting info, loss run analysis, submissions, coverages and pricing, proposals, binders, and issuance.
• Assist in reviewing contracts to ensure proper coverages are included.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and support collections.
• Maintain agency management systems and carrier/vendor platforms.
