Qualifications

• Experience with fixed asset and lease accounting.
• Experience driving process improvements and automation through technology.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting activities, including depreciation and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate fixed asset and lease records and financial reporting.
• Prepare monthly account reconciliations, analyses, forecasts, and management reporting.
• Partner with leaders to support capital planning and budgeting.
• Support audit activities and implementation of new accounting requirements.
• Identify and lead process improvements in capital asset and lease accounting.
