The role blends data duties with cross-functional collaboration—optimizing stock, supporting reporting in PowerBI, and driving continuous improvements. Hybrid schedule requires living within commuting distance to Red Wing, MN.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2–5 years related experience.
• Minimum two years in international business, logistics or warehouse administration.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and PowerBI; knowledge of FTZ procedures.
• Strong understanding of inventory control and warehousing operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and replenishment across U.S. and global locations.
• Coordinate distribution orders between U.S. facilities and international warehouses.
• Monitor, analyze, and reconcile inventory transactions and cycle counts.
• Collaborate with Transportation, Manufacturing, Procurement, and DC Operations.
• Support cycle count programs and annual physical inventories as needed.
• Generate and analyze inventory and shipment reports; recommend improvements.
• Assist FTZ operations and reconciliations for compliance.
• Support tariff reporting and import/export requirements.
• Assist in maintaining C-TPAT compliance and trade procedures.
• Serve as SME for inventory systems and drive continuous improvement.
