Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting requirements.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and financial systems integration.
• Experience with fixed asset and lease accounting and month-end close.

Responsibilities

• Manage fixed asset and lease accounting activities, including depreciation, reconciliations, and compliance.
• Maintain fixed asset and lease records with proper classification and capitalization.
• Prepare monthly reconciliations, analyses, forecasts, and management reports.
