Job summary

Connect Centric, LLC. is seeking an experienced Business Technology Product Manager to support business owners in planning, coordinating, and executing a diverse portfolio of technology-enabled initiatives.

The role requires SAFe and Agile delivery experience, strong stakeholder collaboration, and expertise in roadmaps, backlogs, and product lifecycle management to drive measurable business value across teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
7+ years in product management, business technology project management, or related enterprise delivery roles.
Experience managing multiple concurrent business technology initiatives across functions and teams.
Direct experience with Product Management model, strategy execution, and backlog management.
Experience in SAFe environments, PI Planning, and cross-team coordination.
Experience working with business owners, leaders, and stakeholders to drive decisions.
Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams through planning, implementation, testing, and transitions.
Experience with technology implementations, enterprise apps, process improvements, or digital transformation.
Proficiency with Jira and Smartsheet; strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

Manage execution across a portfolio of business technology initiatives, including app implementations and process improvements.
Collaborate with business owners to understand objectives, clarify requirements, set priorities, and translate decisions into delivery plans.
Help develop and maintain product roadmaps and align initiatives with organizational goals.
Apply product management principles to planning, lifecycle management, and delivering business value.
Operate within SAFe environments, PI Planning, and cross-team dependency management.
Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and requirement clarification with stakeholders.
Develop and maintain project delivery plans, schedules, risks, and status reports.
Navigate competing priorities and facilitate decisions with business owners.
Lead stakeholder meetings and delivery reviews to maintain alignment and resolve obstacles.
Monitor delivery progress, manage risks, and coordinate corrective actions.
