Job summary

CBTS is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for its enterprise technology portfolio. You will collaborate with executives, engineering, sales, marketing, finance, and delivery to move ideas from concept to market while delivering customer value and revenue growth.

You will define KPIs and business cases, translate requirements into product specs, and guide cross-functional teams through the lifecycle and go-to-market planning.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Telecommunications, Business Management, or related field.
• MBA or Master's degree preferred.
• 15+ years of overall professional experience with 10+ years in product management or related leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute product vision, strategy, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Identify market opportunities through research, analysis, and industry trends.
• Develop business cases to support investment decisions and portfolio growth.
• Translate business requirements into product specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized backlogs.
• Lead product prioritization and trade-off decisions balancing customer value, commercial impact, and feasibility.
• Partner with cross-functional teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive launch planning, product positioning, pricing strategy, and sales enablement.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing to maximize market penetration and customer engagement.
• Ensure successful commercialization and realization of business value.
• Define and track KPIs including revenue growth, adoption, utilization, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor performance and identify opportunities for optimization and innovation.
• Recommend scaling, enhancement, or retirement strategies based on outcomes.
• Influence executive stakeholders and align across functions.
• Mentor product management team members and contribute to best practices.
