Job summary
Covista seeks a Senior Technology Product Owner to define the portfolio vision and drive planning across multiple product roadmaps. You will coach Product Owners, align with stakeholders, and collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management to deliver scalable, high-value technology products.
You will lead cross-functional teams, balance capacity, define success metrics, and push for continuous improvement, while ensuring timely delivery and strong alignment with business
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
- 9+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership/Tech BA experience in Agile, SaaS, or similar environments.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to influence stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Define vision and roadmaps for portfolio and products; drive backlog planning and execution.
- Collaborate with architecture, engineering, and service management to balance roadmaps and non-functional requirements.
- Coach and mentor Technology Product Owners and ensure alignment with business goals.
- Build relationships with senior colleagues across functions to align on outcomes and value.
- Facilitate process mapping sessions; drive adoption and improvements post-delivery.
- Engage vendors to leverage product roadmaps and minimize customization.
