Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, Product Ownership, or related roles.
  • Proven experience managing enterprise digital products throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Strong experience working with Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
  • Expertise in product roadmap planning, backlog management, and requirements definition.
  • Ability to translate complex business problems into clear product requirements and solutions.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including business, technology, design, and operations.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Experience using product and Agile management tools such as JIRA, Azure DevOps, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

  • Define and communicate product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation and planning through development, launch, and enhancement.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, technology teams, architects, UX/UI designers, and delivery teams to define product requirements.
  • Gather, analyze, and prioritize business needs, user feedback, market trends, and product opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, and actionable backlog items.
  • Own and manage the product backlog, ensuring priorities align with strategic objectives and business value.
  • Partner with Agile teams to ensure successful and timely product delivery.
  • Facilitate product planning sessions, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and stakeholder meetings.
  • Define product success metrics and monitor performance against established KPIs.
  • Identify risks, dependencies, and opportunities, driving decisions to achieve business outcomes.
  • Communicate product updates, roadmap progress, and delivery status to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Drive continuous product improvement through data-driven decision-making and customer insights.
