Job summary

CapTech is seeking a Product Owner to help clients deliver results on complex IT initiatives. You will lead cross-functional teams and drive the product vision for multiple projects across diverse clients.

The role demands agile mindset, Scrum/Kanban proficiency, SAFe experience, and strong stakeholder management. You will develop integrated IT project plans and communicate progress to clients, executives, and teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, MIS or equivalent
• 5 years in Agile product ownership or project/program management with full development lifecycle
• 3 years experience with Scrum and/or Kanban
• Scaled Agile Framework experience (SAFe)
• Experience in digital product management or agile product coaching
• Proven track record of managing large and complex consulting engagements
• Ability to assess user requirements, identify omissions and gaps, and design optimal solutions
• Creative thinking and innovative problem solving
• Ability to establish credibility with clients and influence decisions

Responsibilities

• Establish collaborative partnerships with stakeholders to assess Agile practices and solutions
• Lead cross-functional delivery teams to deliver business outcomes
• Drive the product vision with attention to downstream impacts of new features
• Develop integrated IT project plans with milestones and deliverables
• Triage and resolve critical project issues and scope changes
• Prepare and deliver effective communications regarding project status
• Influence at all levels and implement changes
• Perform hands-on project work including analysis, design, process engineering, and change management
