Job summary

CareOregon, Inc. is seeking a Business Analyst III – TMO to lead complex analyses for strategic initiatives within the Transformation Management Office and Enterprise priorities. You will elicit needs, map dependencies, and recommend solutions with minimal supervision.

This hybrid role requires strong facilitation, governance support, and value realization planning to deliver measurable business impact across multiple initiatives. Mentorship of junior analysts is also a focus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in business analysis, requirements management, or related roles.
• Experience supporting enterprise portfolio management, governance, and benefit realization is preferred.
• Strong communication and workshop facilitation skills for executive audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead elicitation, analysis, validation, and management of highly complex business needs and requirements across multiple initiatives.
• Develop and maintain business cases, roadmaps, and dependency mappings to inform investment decisions.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and governance activities; ensure traceability from strategy to benefits realization.
• Provide mentorship to junior analysts and guide cross-functional teams in value realization efforts.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to deliver data-driven recommendations and measurable outcomes.
