Job summary

Oregon Department of Transportation is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to bridge the gap between technical teams and business units. You will gather requirements, translate them into technical specs, and drive testing and user acceptance activities to ensure successful implementations.

You will also develop training, provide user support, and create detailed documentation, process flows, and design artifacts to support vendor solutions and custom development.

Qualifications

• Six years of information systems experience in software or system analysis.
• A related degree with required years of information systems experience; master's may substitute.
• Experience across SDLC, documentation, testing and deployment.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements through workshops, surveys and use cases.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Lead testing activities including functional and user acceptance testing.
• Develop training and provide user support.
• Create process flows, models, specs and wireframes.
