The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership, building insights, models, and strategic recommendations to improve profitability and market share.
Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of proven experience in commercial analytics, strategy, finance, market intelligence, or business analysis.
- Experience in cement, construction materials, aggregates, industrial manufacturing, or related industries strongly preferred.
- Experience supporting commercial teams and executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable business recommendations.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel and Power BI skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain competitive intelligence on cement, slag, and related building materials markets.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance commercial dashboards and performance reporting.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, pricing, profitability, and market trends.
- Respond to ad hoc analytical requests from Sales Leadership and Executive Management.
- Identify trends and business risks through proactive data analysis.
