Job summary

ConnectWise is seeking a Senior Strategic Alliance Manager to drive a portfolio of strategic partnerships, aligning Product, Sales, Marketing, Services, and Finance to deliver growth for partners and customers.

You will build executive relationships, set governance, and ensure profitable outcomes through disciplined execution across multiple teams while tracking KPIs and driving joint initiatives.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in strategic alliances or related areas.
• Experience managing cross-functional initiatives in a B2B software environment.
• Strong business acumen balancing growth, customer value, investment, profitability.
• Executive relationship-building and stakeholder influence without direct authority.
• Ability to translate strategy into coordinated execution across teams and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the strategy, business plan, operating model, and performance of assigned strategic technology partnerships.
• Translate company priorities into joint partner objectives, KPIs, investment plans, and actionable workstreams.
• Lead joint go-to-market strategies including field alignment, enablement, demand generation, co-selling, and partner-funded initiatives.
• Partner with Product teams to align roadmaps, strengthen integrations, and identify opportunities for customer value.
• Lead monthly and quarterly business reviews with performance insights and recommended actions.
• Monitor KPIs across growth, retention, margin, adoption, pipeline, product delivery, and operational health.
• Develop business cases for new opportunities within existing partnerships and secure commitments.
• Coordinate across Product Management, Product Marketing, Sales, Services, Finance, Legal, and Operations to execute partnerships.
