You will lead complex projects, manage key donor partnerships, and help design learning and engagement initiatives to advance organizational priorities. The role spans 12 months and requires discretion and strong leadership.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in senior project management, strategy, or cross-functional leadership.
• Experience leading large-scale philanthropic initiatives and partnerships.
• Proven ability to work in confidential, high-trust environments with principals.
• Experience owning high-stakes, cross-org projects and budget oversight.
• Excellent written and oral communications; senior leaders' presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic counsel to the Vice President and align priorities across principals.
• Lead complex high-priority initiatives with significant judgment and cross-stakeholder coordination.
• Oversee multi-entity planning, budgeting guidance, and calendar/workflow management.
• Manage relationships with family offices and philanthropic partners to ensure alignment.
