Responsibilities

• Assists the VP and Deputy VP in research and coordinating activities related to finance, budget, IT, HR, contracts and security.
• Monitors Administrative Services Division operations to inform the VP/DVPs about progress, challenges and intervention needs.
• Provides consultation and advisory services for departmental projects through extensive research and analysis.
• Assesses and appraises business processes to improve information exchange and program implementation.
• Provides project management support on strategic initiatives; tracks progress, analyzes data, and follows through with key players.
• Develops and maintains portfolio management policies, procedures, and processes.
• Coordinates with A&F divisions, MCC departments and external organizations to share information and represents A&F at meetings.
• Prepares project plans and timelines, responds to questions and identifies technical assistance needs to support business needs.
