Blacksmith Agency is an AI-first digital agency serving veterinary groups and multi-clinic practices. As Director of Strategic Accounts for Veterinary, you own the largest multi-location deals, from the first meeting with ownership to the signed contract.

This is an individual contributor role with no direct reports. You will close high-value opportunities, expand to additional locations, and coordinate with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders to drive growth.

Qualifications

• A track record of closing $1M+ yearly on large, multi-location or enterprise accounts.
• Long, consultative sales cycles with several decision-makers.
• Prefer closing business over managing people.

Responsibilities

• The full cycle on large deals: discovery, proposal, negotiation and close, over 3 to 12 months.
• Deals with owners, regional operators and marketing leaders all at the table.
• Expansion: more locations and more services once a group signs.
• Proposals built with our strategists and leadership for the deals that matter most.
