Job summary
Philip Morris International U.S. is seeking a Sr Specialist Strategic Account Performance to support the sales team with data-driven analysis, trend identification, and strategic insights across key accounts.
You will analyze sales data from multiple sources, evaluate promotions, partner with Account Managers, prepare presentations, monitor market trends, and help optimize pricing and ROI while driving innovation in retail partnerships.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, and management skills.
- Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities
- Conduct analysis of sales data from multiple sources to deliver actionable insights.
- Evaluate sales promotions and campaigns within accounts and recommend improvements.
- Partner with Account Managers to understand client needs and opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and reports highlighting key findings.
- Analyze market trends and competitive activity to support growth strategies.
- Lead planning of promotional programs and optimize ROI.
- Monitor pricing performance and support strategic partnerships.
