• Plan, manage, and coordinate activities of the City's Storm Water Management Program.
• Ensure compliance with NPDES, MS4, and Storm Water Utility requirements.
• Prepare engineering designs, specifications, costs, and quantity estimates for water, storm, and sewer projects.
• Conduct site inspections and coordinate with crews/contractors for project changes.
• Lead projects, research codes/regulations, and write specifications for bids.
• Review development plans and provide plan review comments.
• Assist with engineering bid proposals and bid recommendations to City Council.
• Investigate citizen complaints related to storm drainage and roadways; propose corrective actions.
