TYLin is seeking a highly experienced Water Engineer/Technical Advisor to support Richmond's Water Resources Office, providing senior technical guidance for stormwater permitting, site plan reviews, regulatory compliance, and sustainable stormwater solutions.

Qualifications
- PE license required (Virginia registration strongly preferred).
- 5–10 years of stormwater design experience.
- Extensive experience reviewing complex land development and infrastructure projects.
- Strong technical writing, communication, and mentoring skills.
- Ability to provide technical leadership, regulatory interpretation, and QA for permit/site plan reviews.
Responsibilities
- Provide senior-level technical guidance for stormwater permitting and site plan reviews.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and implement sustainable stormwater solutions.
- Review complex development projects and interpret regulatory requirements.
- Lead and mentor project staff and advocate design standards.
