Job summary

Target is seeking a Senior Business Partner in Store Operations to independently lead projects that develop new capabilities and improve systems, processes and decision logic used to move inventory into stores. You will help center store needs in enterprise decisions about inventory, replenishment and operational capability development.

Qualifications

• Requires a four-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 4–6 years of work experience in an operations environment, preferably in retail.
• Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships and manage ambiguity.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
