Job summary

Target is seeking a Strategy Lead in SPT (Space, Presentation, & Transitions) to serve as the primary strategy partner for the Store Experience team, the Merch roundtable and key growth initiatives.

You will work with partners to create space and transition strategies that support the Enterprise Multi-Year Strategic Plan (MYSP), lead enterprise space moves, and oversee Q4 space strategy ownership with cross-divisional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Six to eight years in retail including Space & Presentation, Buying, Planning or Strategy.
• Ability to translate data and insights into clear recommendations.
• Strong communication and storytelling skills to influence decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead as primary strategy partner for Store Experience team, Merch roundtable and broader partners.
• Collaborate with partners to create space & transition strategies supporting Enterprise MYSP.
• Lead cross-pyramid space moves and enterprise space strategy ownership (Front of Store, Q4).
