Job summary

Burlington Stores in Dallas is seeking an experienced Operations Service Manager to lead the Customer Service and Cashier teams, ensure policy compliance, protect assets, and deliver the highest level of store professionalism.

You will oversee the receiving process, support staffing and training, act as Manager on Duty, and collaborate with District and Regional management to drive results and customer satisfaction. A flexible schedule is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Retail Management or Store Operations experience.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift and move boxes up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Lead Customer Service and Cashier teams to meet service standards.
• Oversee store operations and the receiving SOPs, including transfers and chargebacks.
• Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD) and model leadership for customers and staff.
• Support staffing, interviewing, training and succession planning.
• Coordinate with District and Regional management on operations.
