Meijer Inc. seeks a Store Director to oversee all store operations, drive sales, manage staffing and merchandising execution. You will lead a diverse team, train and develop talent, and ensure customer service excellence in alignment with Meijer’s brand values.

You will partner with the community, monitor financial performance, and implement strategies to maximize profitability and customer satisfaction across the store.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Extensive leadership and people management in retail.
• Strong understanding of merchandising and store operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversees all store operations and drives sales and profitability.
• Plans, directs, and supervises the team in daily store activities.
• Manages recruitment, training, and performance development.
• Executes planograms, seasonal resets, and endcaps.
