Job summary

Crafco, Inc. in Memphis, TN is seeking a Senior Store Manager to oversee a Supply Center facility, including manufacturing, production, inventory, and customer experience.

You will lead operations, mentor staff, drive sales growth, ensure safety and regulatory compliance, and coordinate with Operations and Sales leadership to align goals. Qualifications include at least 3 years in retail/ops management and a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail, sales, or operations management with supervisory experience.
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; additional college or technical education desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems; strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations, ensuring efficient workflows, inventory accuracy, and adherence to standards.
• Oversee supply center manufacturing and production operations.
• Develop and mentor employees, fostering high-performance culture and career growth.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience through proactive service and relationship building.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, and inventory levels to optimize sales and efficiency.
• Monitor store performance metrics and address gaps and opportunities.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers for business development strategies.
• Communicate initiatives, policies, and changes with leadership.
