Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Senior Store Manager for our Bridgeton Supply Center in Missouri. You will lead store operations, including manufacturing and warehousing, while driving sales growth and ensuring a high-quality customer experience.

This hands-on role requires mentoring staff, maintaining safety and compliance, and collaborating with Operations and Sales leadership to align goals with company objectives. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail, sales, or operations management with supervision.
• High school diploma or GED required; college/technical education desirable.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
• Strong communicator and customer-focused.
• Ability to travel locally if needed.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage store operations with efficient workflows.
• Oversee manufacturing and production operations at supply center.
• Develop and mentor employees; foster high-performance culture.
• Ensure outstanding customer experience through proactive service.
• Maintain merchandising, cleanliness, inventory levels.
• Monitor store performance metrics and address gaps.
• Collaborate with Territory Managers on sales development.
• Communicate initiatives, policies, changes with leadership.
• Ensure safety, loss prevention, and regulatory compliance.
