Job summary

Crafco, Inc. is seeking a Store Manager for our Newtown, CT equipment and supply center. Lead a dynamic team, uphold safety standards, and ensure seamless operations for sales, rentals, and manufacturing.

Responsibilities include training staff, managing inventory, coordinating shipments, and maintaining equipment. Compensation includes a competitive salary and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years supervision or management experience in a customer-facing environment.
• Supervision experience in a related retail or customer-facing environment preferred.
• Valid US driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to build and lead teams to work together and accomplish goals.
• Maintain professionalism and positive staff morale.
• Ability to make sound business decisions.
• Must be able to work flexible schedules including holidays, weekends, and overtime.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build a dynamic team and a positive culture at the Supply Center.
• Train and lead staff to provide exceptional customer experiences.
• Promote positive employee relations with staff, customers, visitors and vendors.
• Supervise personnel including evaluations and task assignments.
• Manage inventory cycle counts and resolve discrepancies.
• Oversee inventory with corporate purchasing for materials and equipment.
• Coordinate delivery and pickup of equipment; prepare items for shipment.
• Perform general maintenance and troubleshooting on pumps and equipment.
